Getting started
To get started and start earning cashback from each sale. Simply download the app or browser extension and register your details.
Once you've registered we will then start recording sales against your account so you can start receiving the cashback.
When registering, please make sure you input all the details we require such as where you want your cashback paying to (Bank Details).
Your data is safe and DIG This Deal is registered with the ICO. All data is held securely in the UK.
Why the long wait to be paid my cashback?
This is simply because we DIG This Deal has to wait for the cashback to come us from the retailers you purchased from.
The Retailers get invoiced for the cashback after the end of the calendar month in when the transaction occurred. if your transaction was at the start of a month, then you will be waiting a longer time for your cashback than someone who purchased at the end of a month. it can take up-to two months for the cashback to be paid to the Retailers and affiliate networks and for it to then be sent on to us.
What is cashback?
Cashback sites receive a commission from the Retailer for directing you to their website. Cashback websites offer a % of the money that they get paid and give this to the customer as a thank you/incentive!
How do I withdraw my cashback?
If you have some transactions which have become 'Payable', then cashback will follow soon after this!
We will simply calculate the cashback due to you and make sure this is paid at the end of the month it was 'Payable'
I've made a purchase but the cashback isn't showing?
If you send a message to one of our team we can pick this up. On this form you will need to include your order number from the retailer you purchased from, email address and date of purchase. We may have to contact you if you have not provided your order number or e-mail address connected to the order.
Once the claim has been submitted, we will need to wait for a response from the affiliate network and retailer and this can vary depending on which we're lodging the claim against. This process can sometimes take up-to 3 months and we may require further information from you as we progress the claim.
I can't login into my account?
If you cannot login to your account, then click on the 'Forgot password' which is located under the email and password input section on the website or mobile App.
Once you click on 'Forget password and you've entered your email address that the account is registered to, you should then get an email within 25 minutes. Once you receive the email, follow the instructions and this should enable you to get into your account.
